Hi...
I've learned all about Mystery Method...from like tens of DVDs, books, video clips... I've wached VH1 The Pick Up Artist seassons over and over again...And I believe I know, in my head, every single step of The Game...what to do..how to do it...and i had some success in field...but only when I have a wingman to open the set for me. And I have a trouble finding a wingman... When i go alone in a club...i have the worst approach anxiety...Not just because the ''I dont know what to say or do...they are going to reject me''-fear. My head is so full of the rules of ''the Game'' that i'm having a panic attack... "Do I look with enough value?...it's cold out side so i have a coat...If i approach like this and they are going to know that I'm alone...and that's DLV...but if i go in, and find a please where to put my coat, I'm going to blow up the all room...'' And at some point im find myself leaving the club after 3 minutes... alone... seeing in my head iois , dhvs , sets , negs and all that shit...and I'm like...AAAAAAAAAAAA!!! F**K!!! F**K!!! F**K!!! I HATE MYSELF!!!!
So...i need some tips how to get rid of this approach anxiety...yes I know the 3 sec rule...but is there any thing else? How to make sure that I'm not DLVing the all club when i go alone, before i even approach a set? Thank You.

Take a few drinks and just do it.  Approaching is the first step when climbing a latter, if you don't take it, then not only is it all psychological but you will never reach your destination.  Can you really not climb a latter?  Are you afraid of heights? LOL
