So I Have Energy I can initiate a conversation and I can make up random funnies on the spot. but i have the fear of awkward silence.which by the way eventually happens to early in a conversation, and kills my confidence and the ladies walk away, any advice to get over this hump of an awkward silence?
One good way is to simply comment on it.. "wow, I think we just had our first awkward silence.. how was it for you?" You know, kind of call the elephant out in the room, thus breaking the tension. This is also where having a repertoire of 'gambits' is extremely beneficial. You can read many online, to get an idea.
- For instance play a fun game, like the questions game
- Rather than asking her questions about herself, take any questions you might have, and make them into statements. "You're such an east coast girl"
- Do a demo, or IVD (Instant Value Demonstration)
- Talk about something YOU are passionate about
- tease her, and start to sexually escalate
- Tell a DHV (display of higher value) story / routine
Just saying random funnies, is only a very elementary start, and not really following a process to help you progress, learn what works, and improve.
