I can't decifer her intentions...

My, my it has been quite some time now. Nothing has changed with me, other than the fact that I am not as naive as I used to be. I am still a virgin ><.  New scenario.

So I have a job and there is an employee that I have been flirting with since day one. After a while I realized we had no chance of "cough cough". So I didn't try AS hard. Anyways, word spread throughout there that I was still "innocent" many months ago. yea kind of embarrassing, I don't know why I told my boss, I knew she would tell everyone haha. But it's cool, I work mostly with women. So about 3 weeks ago, I get a random text from a number I don't know. Saying "I love Brendo!" My name is Brenden, and that was my nick name people from work called me, so instantly I knew it was someone from there. I find out it is the girl whose name I won't reveal for obvious reasons. We start texting back and forth, and then it gets steamy. Something something wearing a santa outfit, haha. But yea, she definately shown that she was interested in me. So I was happy as hell for the rest of the day. This girl I have been trying to get with ever since I started working there is FINALLY in my grasps. So I play it cool, and go in work the next day we work together, she looks at me seductively, I reply with the same look. That day at work, nothing happened, just the same as usual. Me messing with her (like I used to). But a little more dirtier than usual. We texted on a and off for the next few days. I tried to set up me and her going to the movies, and she said she will see what she has planned that day, nothing happened. She told me to call her, she doesn't pick up. So at this point I am like. "Wow, here we go again" Because this is how most of my scenarios turn out. Next time I worked with her, she didn't say a thing about that day. So basically that whole time frame never happened. Then our Christmas party was last week. We did our game of "look at me sexily, I will do the same". Keep in mind! None of the employees know about this, except for my boss, because she is best friends with her. Other that that, to the others...noting is going on. Party gets over and done with, me and her look at each other instantaneously and stand up and go out to her car. I personally thought that was badass! Haha..we go in there, and smoke some herbs, and start talking. When I am under the influence I say what's on my mind more than usual. Here is the conversation"

Girl "We need to do something sometime"
Me " (Her name)....we really need to do something"
Girl "Ok, what time do you work tomorrow?"
Me " 11-4"
Girl "Ok perfect! I can get my dad to watch my kids, and (her boyfriends' name) works till the morning"
Me "Sounds good...."

We do our little look at each other she stares down at my...I do the same....I get out of her car, drive home happy as phuck! Anyways, that day comes. My boss said she might have to work that day. great......... Sure enough, she is working, I go home all bummed and what not, she texts me "Hey I am really sorry about this, I had to work"  At this point, te text struck a nerve, I don't WANT her to THINK this is for me, I mean dam. It's not a reward! I want to maker her feel good hah. So I reply ".....I don
t want you to think this is for me, I want you to feel good, give your body the erotic feeling it deserves"    She replies "Your funny" What does that even mean....uuggghh I stress to easily possibly.  All in all, it seems like she is playing me like every other girl. I need you guys to help, with what information I have provided to decipher her actions and intention. Does she only want me to steal my innocence?

-She has 2 kids from 2 different people.
-She is 26.
- Every time she touches me at work, it is usually something like a quick peck on my ass or arm, as if my skin is on fire.
- She has a boyfriend.
