Hey Guys,

I'm giving you one of my secerts to becoming a BETTER PUA.
It my 13 Tips to Hotness so lets get started

1. Get plenty of sleep. Good-looking people sleep a lot! Go to bed early and wake up early (Teens should get 9.25 hours of sleep according to the National Sleep Foundation). If you get up at 7 AM, go to bed at 10:00 pm every night, even on weekends. You want to set your clock so that you can fall asleep and wake up great.

2. Eat healthy foods and avoid fast foods. Including salmon and foods that contain Omega 3s will also improve the look of your skin. Water will help flush toxins and should replace soft drinks. Watch your caloric intake to prevent pudge and increase your protein intake to help you build muscle.

3. Exercise for about 30 minutes when you wake up. Make sure that you sweat! Exercise will bring a healthy glow to your face and help your skin look its best by increasing your blood circulation.

4. See a professional trainer and begin a work out program at your gym several times a week. Monitor your progress with regular weighing and measurements.

5. Take a shower and wash yourself well. Use antibacterial shower gels and wear deodorant. Condition your hair and apply a body spray or cologne.

6. Visit a dentist for a good cleaning, teeth whitening and discuss the removable braces or veneers. Remember to go back every 6 months.

7. Take care of your skin. Develop a daily skin care plan for your face. Use the product formulas appropriate for your skin type. Visit a mall make up counter to get the details on the men's lines. For severe acne you should visit a dermatologist.

8. Work on your tan. A tan gives the appearance of being thinner and healthier. Use self-tanning products for a sun free tan. Exfoliate well before applying a self tanner. Apply as directed. While you are self-tanning, avoid exercising and exfoliating your skin, so use a cleanser without AHAs that will not get rid of your sunless tan. Try different formulas and strengths to find one that works for you without turning your skin orange. Spray on tanning is also available at salons.

9. Style your hair in a current style that suits your look. Pay for a professional hair stylist and not a barber. Have high or low lights added as necessary. Use styling products and maintain your hair with regular salon appointments.

10. Consider waxing to remove unwanted hair. If you have long hair on your back you might consider waxing or laser removal for a long term removal. If you have very hairy legs and armpits, thin them with regular trimmings. Complete shaves will require constant maintenance to avoid stubble and unpleasant regrowth. Trim your armpits and bikini zones so you have a lot less hair! "Manscaping" has become a normal and expected part of the male grooming ritual.

11. Dress stylishly and well in good fitting and quality clothing. Even if you are not naturally good looking dressing well can do wonder for your attractiveness. Add a few stylish pieces into your wardrobe as often as you can. Stop wearing poorly fitted clothes and scuffed or athletic shoes. Abercrombie & Fitch & Polo Ralph Lauren are all good choices but can be expensive. Chose clothing that will make you look good with the fit and style. Create your own style by combining pieces.

12. Work on your attitude! Hot guys aren't timid and shy. Don't be obnoxious but don't be afraid to have a conversation with people, including strangers. The hottest guys are also pleasant, polite and friendly. Don't try to lift yourself up by putting people down. Be generous and honest with your compliments to people. You can always find something nice to say. Being nice makes it easier for people to be around you and befriend you. Don't pretend to be smarter or cooler than you are. Try to be a gentlemen. Hot only gets you so far if you're a jerk.

13. Appearing too eager can knock your hotness down a few notches. Don't play too hard to get but don't chase women either. Let them drop hints that they are available before you suggest getting together then don't rush to call immediately. Appear otherwise engaged with other interest and not girl crazy. Most importantly, save something about yourself for that first, second or third date. Women like a little mystery, and there is nothing worse than that awkward silence when you realize you've run out of things to say.

*EXTRA TIPS (Because I'm a giver) LOL

  • If you have bad knees, use the elliptical machine because it exercises without the resistance that can damage your knees.
  • If you are not a very good shopper, get a friend, wife, girlfriend or even your mom (if she has any taste) to help you pick out good stuff. Asking a female friend to help you pick clothing is a great way to meet people too.
  • Have good personal hygiene and groom yourself. Don't bite your nails. Keep them clean cut if not clean.
  • Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, legumes, fish and lean meats. Cut out fast foods, foods with sugar and processed foods.
  • Start reading men's fashion and fitness magazines. Look for inspiration and stay on top of current trends. Once you get into the habit you'll be able to shop for styles and put outfits together without help.
  • Know the difference between the classic and stylish looks and the super trendy. You'll be far better off style-wise by knowing the difference. Find a super fashionable guy working at a department store and ask for suggestions. Don't go in at a super busy time.
  • Gay guy friends are great to shop with. They can be brutally honest and can often offer male fashion advise that women cannot.
Well that it Guy's so get to it remamber JDOG has some great Boot Camps and Material to help you, take your game to the next level.......so...........CHECK HIM OUT.

As always I wish you all the BEST.

Excellent advice Vision

I would also add/expand these

1. Skin (Active Acne) - I suffered from acne in my teens and early 20s and then it came back in my 30s. Dan Kern's Regieme does wonders for mild to moderate acne. Accutane which I took in my 20s should only be a measure of last resort. Really it is bad shit.

(Acne Scars) - There's a lot of options: fraxel laser, needling, chemical peels, copper peptides etc. Do your research and find yourself a good dermatologist or doctor.

(Pigmentation/Redness/General Skin Tone/Freckles) - I've found the Puredeeming range of products, especially their intense gel, helped with skin tone and red marks. For more a more permanent solution consider IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) (aka Photofacial) or for broken capillaries a dye laser. Again try to get a good doctor rather than a cosmetician for this.

2. Hair - Make the most of hair while you have it with a good cut and colours as Vision suggests. Male pattern baldness is not so much if but rather when for the majority of guys. Silica (Biosil) has been shown to strengthen and increase the thickness of the hair (clincial evidence, anecdotal evidence).

3. Teeth - A clean and scale at least every six months is imperative. Find a good dentist. Floss at least once but preferably twice a day. I've had mixed results with teeth whitening (Pola Night) the type with trays that the dentist molds to your teeth and then you do it at home, I found the whiteness rebounded back to the yellow quickly, although I will top up the day of a social event. Also you will get some sensitivity which can range from mild to quite severe (shooting pains through mouth). If you have the finances consider porcelain veneers.
My preferred mouth wash is Dentyl  it is alcohol free but kills the bad bacteria without removing the good enzymes found in saliva and tastes pretty decent.

If you're a mouth breather during sleep, or have dry mouth due to other reasons I would recommend Biotene Oral Balance Gel otherwise you'll probably have a higher incidence of caries and other teeth/gum problems.

Also go easy on acidic drinks and foods (juices, lemons, soda) which erode enamel. Use a straw if you do drink these beverages.

3. Sleep - For those with insomnia or malsomnia good sleep hygiene is essential. Supplements which may help include ZMA (Zinc and Magnesium which also may boost testosterone), GABA, Theanine and Melatonin. Z-drugs and Benzos only if really necessary.

4. Diet - Vision is pretty much spot on. Find ways to prepare Crufierous vegetables in an interesting and edible way and include as many as possible in your diet. These are a leading anti-cancer food. There's a plethora of different diets if you're not happy with your weight/health but it's a lot of trial and error to see which works for you.
Good luck!
