How to get better social skills and self-esteem

Hello j-dog my name is michael   i  always see my self being shy and self conscious  when am in any time of social face to face  scene with woman  , i usally belive its b.c am overweigth and stutter . i was wondering what tips i can use to get over that

I would suggest voice lessons. Or see some kind of therapist to help you with the stuttering. And try to do something about your weight - even if you don't lose anything, you will feel much better about yourself if you are taking steps to control your situation.

Also, talk to people everywhere you go - guys, girls, old ladies - it will ease your anxiety of social situations in general. One great way to do this is to go to the mall in the afternoon, and just say 'hi' to everyone. Once that is easy, start asking directions. Once that is easy, try to hold a short conversation after you ask for directions. I do this at least once a week, and it really helps my social anxiety. I'm at the point now where it bothers me not at all to walk up to a stranger and hold a conversation, and I used to be really shy.

You can also turn the mall missions into sarging once you get a little more comfortable.
