Valentine's Day

I got this one girl some things, a Nascar t-shirt with her fav. Racer on it, chocolate roses, and chocloates, if I were to write anything tacky on a letter, what should it say. I encourage you to read my post "This one girl" before responding. Also, how should I approach her with these things? Got any lines or anything????Anything???
