Can I add a few to your list?

Picture Perfect [Grounding routine- There's a scene about halfway through the movie where Jay Mohr is at a dinner table and someone asks him about his job. He does a model grounding routine!]
Pal Joey [Being cool- This is a musical starring Frank Sinatra. My favorite quote from the movie: "To deal with women is simple… Treat every dame like a lady and treat every lady like a dame."
Stephen Tobolowsky's Birthday Party [Storytelling- This is a very indie-type movie. It's 90 minutes of Stephen Tobolowsky ("Ned" from Groundhog Day) telling stories from his life as an actor. It is the most captivating thing you'll ever see. I have never seen anyone tell a story as well as he can and I think it is a perfect example of how to "hold court" and be a great storyteller. http://www.stbpmovie.com Here's a clip:

No mention of "The Pick Up Artist" series? Well worth the very first episode to see how the masters pick up..

Incredible that the one that started it all is missing. Of course I'm talking about:

Top Gun!

And almost any James Bond movie

The Aristocrats, many different comedians telling the same joke, here you notice how the delivery is everything.

Tao Of Steve is awesome BTW.

Chasing Amy is awesome also, it works with many of these themes.

I got an extensive list i'll follow up later.
